A widespread Cloudflare outage is currently affecting Uber Direct, and auto-routed deliveries in First are being intelligently rerouted to alternate fleets where available.
The First Delivery core platform, APIs, and dispatch systems remain fully operational, and order ingestion, routing logic, and internal workflows are unaffected.
We are actively monitoring all third-party integrations (Toast, DoorDash, Olo, Twilio, Google Maps, etc.) for any signs of delays, degraded performance, or cascading disruptions. Contingency routing and mitigation measures are in place.
We will provide updates as dependencies recover or if additional impacts are detected.
