A widespread AWS outage is impacting several of our third-party providers. As a result, some integrations (e.g., Toast, ordering partners), DSP Fleets (Uber, Doordash, etc) and SMS notifications (Twilio) may be delayed or intermittently unavailable.
What’s not affected 👉 Core First Delivery API and platform are fully operational. Orders placed directly through First Delivery and our internal systems continue to run normally.
What we’re doing We’re monitoring our integrations, retrying failed calls, and queuing events where possible so they process automatically once providers recover.
